RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

All our goods come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or there are any faults with the goods then a full refund will be given to yourself or the goods will be exchanged at your discretion.
The goods must be sent back to us within ten working days of the initial delivery to you. Send the goods to Carpartsolutions, Rear of 200b Bury Road, Tottington, Bury Lancashire BL8 3DX .

Once we have received the goods we will either send replacement goods within 48 hours (if available in stock) or forward repayment to payee. All goods must be returned in original packaging and unused. If the goods are proven to be faulty at a date later than delivery or fitment then instructions will given individually depending on location in UK(refunds or exchanges still apply)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made within 7 days of initial order.
